Manchester Professor Captures Photographic Evidence of Fairies?
I’m sorry, but the thought of tiny flying humanoid creatures that have magical powers is creepy. Fairies are just talking flies with the ability to talk and cast spells. That’s why when I saw that a man in Manchester, England was claiming that he has photographic evidence that fairies are real, I ran to the nearest Wal-Mart and bought as many electric fly swatters and cans of pesticide as I could. 53 year-old Rawtenstall resident John Hayatt, a professor at Director of Manchester Institute for Research and Innovation in Art and Design and a former member of the band “The Three Johns”, is the man who claims that images of the Lancashire landscape he’s take over the coarse of two years actually show real fairies. John is he’s now on a mission to get more adults to believe and ‘bring a bit of magic to their lives’. He says that the photographs were taken in Rossendale Valley, which is where the winged creatures supposedly live. Throughout the spring, the images John captured are going to shown at an exhibition at The Whitaker Museum called “Rossendale Fairies”. He’s posted some of the images to social media (above are two of those images). John admits that the fairies in his photos don’t look anything like those depicted in children’s stories, but hopes that his pictures will change people’s perceptions of them. When he originally discovered the winged beings in his photos, he blew them up and says he was in a bit of shock and had to do a double take. He went out and took photos of flies and gnats, but they didn’t look anything like the fairies in his other photos.
I wasn’t expecting the fairies to look like they came out of a Disney film, but I also wasn’t expecting them to look like ordinary insects. I instantly thought they looked like Crane Flies, and that’s what I think these are. Although, since we don’t know what fairies would really look like, it is kind of hard to pass judgment on these photos. We can all guess and decide for ourselves what we think they truly are, but we’ll never know for sure just by looking at some blown up photos. So, while I think that these are just Crane Flies, what do you think? Did this man actually snap some pictures of real fairies, or are they just insects?

Crane flies have wayyy too long of legs to be these creatures. I say fairies!
I think this bird got confused when someone told him he belonged in the sky.
He decided to be the sky instead.
